Wild Winter is for everyone who are curious about what they are capable of and willing to step beyond the familiar. You don't need to be an extreme athlete or have previous experience with cold exposure, breathwork or winter expeditions. You should have a general level of fitness that allows you to comfortably hike for 3–4 hours.

For safety reasons, this expedition is not suitable during pregnancy or for individuals with epilepsy or certain heart conditions. If you have a medical condition or are unsure whether the expedition is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.

All participants are required to complete a health declaration before the expedition because Wild Winter includes breathwork, cold exposure and winter mountain activity. Please provide complete and accurate information. If you have a medical condition or injury, take medication, are pregnant, or are uncertain whether any of the activities are appropriate for you, please seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating. The expedition team may modify or restrict participation in particular activities where necessary for safety. Safety always comes before completing an activity.

You will receive a detailed Wild Winter packing list before departure, including guidance on winter clothing, footwear, cold-exposure essentials, swimwear and other personal equipment. We'll make sure you know what you need before you enter the wild.

We understand that plans can change. The €550 booking deposit is non-refundable. More than 60 days before departure: all payments made, excluding the €550 deposit, are refundable. Between 31 and 60 days before departure: 50% of payments made, excluding the €550 deposit, are refundable. 30 days or less before departure: payments are non-refundable. These conditions apply to standard participant cancellations and do not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law. We strongly recommend appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.

Yes. If you are unable to participate, your booking may be transferred to another suitable participant who meets the requirements for the expedition. Please contact us in writing as early as possible. The replacement participant will need to complete the required registration and health information before joining.
